It can either perform the duties of an office secretary if you cannot afford the time to run an office yourself, or if you only require occasional support, or it can answer your emails and phone calls whilst you are away on holiday or on business trips, thus providing a more professional attention for your clients.
The virtual office service includes the following:

- being a point of contact whilst you are not available and passing on messages
- replying to requests for your brochure, leaflets etc
- making phone calls, sending emails and faxes
- paying bills in your absence
- buying materials and supplies and providing a point of delivery in town
