Purchase-Sale Agreement


We recommend that you do a pre purchase agreement when you decide to buy a property in Spain.

Totally enforceable in a Court of law. This document describes the property and its price, and date of completion of the sale, along with any other specifics regarding the sale and is usually combined with a deposit of money (usually 10% of the purchase price) as part of the purchase price.
