From architects for planning, to builders, electricians, plumbers etc., ask us for a recommendation. We can also advise you where to go to buy building materials, kitchens, bathrooms, tiles etc.

With planning, we have our Spanish architect Paco Carmona who can survey a property and give you a report on the structure and general condition of the building, and also give advice on planning and permission.

For building we know builders, electricians, plumbers and carpenters, both Spanish and English, that we have used and can recommend, depending on the work you require.

Malcolm de ste Croix is working with a company importing quality affordable solar hot water and under floor heating systems, and is available for help and advice on what your needs may be. He can provide you with a quote for the right system to use.
