Buying/Selling Property

If 2016 is the year you plan to make that move to Spain, then early preparation will help to make sure that there are no unpleasant surprises in the relocation process.

Before you commit yourselves to buying,  come in to our offices and let us look over the paperwork.  It will cost very little for us to do a few checks and it could save you a fortune in the long run.

Even if you are going through an estate agent it is good practice to have someone looking after your interests and who is n’t interested in the sale.

We can arrange a proper survey in English and Spanish with our technical architect Paco Carmona.

The most important advise we can give you is; Don’t leave anything to chance and don’t sign anything that you have not fully understood.

A little extra expense now will give you peace of mind and ensure a happy relocation.

If you are trying to sell your house in Spain, we can prepare all the paperwork so that the process is straight forward on the day of signing.

We can possibly legalise and register buildings that exist in reality, but do not appear on your deeds (this obviously depends on where the property is/what has been built etc). If there is any discrepancy between the size of build or land size we can help to put this right.

Before you sell you will need to have a  Certificate of Energy Efficiency made of any house. Our Architect can do this for you.

We can right up pre sale agreements in Spanish and English.

We can calculate the taxes you will have to pay and explain the procedure in full.

If your property is structurally of a good standard and is totally legal we can give it the EDAN seal of quality.

Please visit this website for more information into the EDAN PROJECT.
